Teaching for Today's World

The Christian Education Department of Shield of Faith Christian Center believes spiritual development should begin from the earliest age to nurture children’s faith.  For that reason, we offer classes for children beginning at the Preschool level.  Classes are designed so kids can explore and discover the wonder of who God is and worship Him through song, prayer and storytelling.  Pre-Teens and Teenage classes give them an opportunity to engage in “real life” issues and receive guidance from a leader who leads them through an authentic experience with God while building a strong biblical knowledge about the living God. 

We have a well-qualified core of teachers who have been appointed by God and equipped to teach His Word.  Our teachers spend hours in preparation to teach biblically sound lessons that train and empower their students to live victorious lives through Christ and ultimately lead other men and women to the knowledge of Jesus Christ.  Along with general biblical classes, the Christian Education Department also offers specialized classes that relate to matters of practical living.

If you are interested in obtaining a certificate or degree in ministry, Shield of Faith partners with California State Christian University (CSCU) to offer college credit classes.
