The battle lines have been drawn! Our lives and the future are at stake! The opposition will not surrender! And… they are prepared – committed individuals and finances – to fight for as long as it takes!
The Challenges against our rights and the gaining of rights and freedoms for their causes is what the battle is about. It is about God vs. Satan! It is about good vs. evil, spiritual vs. natural, life vs. death!
The battle is the Lord’s but, guess what? He needs your hands, your feet, your finances – He needs for you to enlist – as a good soldier to fight in this battle! POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEE
Minister Maryln Poole is a wife, mother, grandmother, sister, friend, worker, teacher, minister, mentor and counselor. These are some of her titles. Married for 41 year to an extremely Godly man, she is the mother of four Children. Two sons and two daughters, and grandmother to sixteen. Eight of which are nieces and nephews whose maternal grandmother passed away over fourteen years ago. Minister Poole was beautifully filled with the Holy Ghost on January 3, 1971 and baptized in March of the same year.
I have been a political activist in various aspects of politics for over 40 years. After being employed with Focus on the Family, I became aware of the fight to frame laws to destroy our national and godly heritage, to destroy morality and the family. For the past 22 years with a God given passion, my focus has been on fighting state and federal legislation that is against the family, school, church and the work place. I have been over the Political Action Group at Shield of Faith, Pomona for over 10 years, I have no real ambition to become a politician.
The Political Action Committee is born out of Jesus’ teaching that his follower must “render unto Caesar” the things that pertain to him. Our church is convinced that the triumph of evil in the political realm is assured if good men do nothing!
Because our nation is making decisions on issues as powerful as homosexual marriage, stem cell research, abortion and euthanasia we feel strongly that the church must stand up and be counted in the marketplace of political ideas. Our PAC (political action committee) makes the Christian voice heard in Sacramento and in Washington D.C.
We helped defeat the intrusion of gambling and casinos into our local city of Pomona, and we are determined that Judeo-Christian values will be injected into every political decision that affects our city, state and nation.
